Little Sprouts OT Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Little Sprouts OT, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to work collaboratively with you to find suitable solutions. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, our therapists will explore alternate options, including rescheduling, creating resources, generating reports, or coordinating with other health professionals involved with your child, to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, where no alternative options for service provision are feasible, will result in an 85% cancellation fee.

Failure to attend an appointment at the arranged location and time without providing prior notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy, which helps us maintain the quality and availability of our services for all our clients. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us for clarification or assistance.

Little Sprouts OT Billing Information

Following each therapy session, we will issue an invoice for payment, due within 7 days or before the next scheduled appointment, whichever comes first.

For those who are NDIS Self-Managed or privately paying, the invoice will include payment details for direct deposit. Additionally, you have the option to opt-in for direct debit for added convenience.
